I am a homestead baker out of Merrimack, NH and I have a slight obsession with French Macarons. It all started when Martha Stewart put out an article saying how easy it was to make these adorable, and delicious little works of art. I followed her recipe and it was not easy. Thus, the obsession to perfect the Mac was born.

 

I have an artists’ heart and love seeing people’s excited reactions to my creations. When I’m not baking, I’m probably keeping aircraft separated at the greatest airport in the country, on an adventure with my pups, or hanging out with my 11 besties (my nieces and nephews).

While French Macarons are gluten-free by nature, I do not keep a gluten-free kitchen, so there is a chance cross-contamination could occur. If you have a severe allergy I do not recommend eating these Macs.
